Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are valid only for use of the site on www.safarikids.cz and are legally binding on the customer. By making an order the customer agrees with price of goods and with conditions publicised on this web page, valid on day of order.

Privacy policy

This site is committed to protecting your privacy. Safarikids.cz only collects personally identifying information with your specific knowledge and consent. This information is used only for safarikids.cz to ensure completion of the transaction. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing list or any information about our customers to third parties with the exception of delivery companies.

Ordering

As long as your e-mail details have been entered correctly, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge your order. All payment transactions are billed in CZK. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping fees. A contract is formed between Ining s.r.o. and you when we deliver the goods you have ordered. We reserve the right to cancel the order when the delivery data is not completed or we think the customer has no intention to buy the goods.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order date unless otherwise specified. Our regular business days are Monday to Friday. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and according to the agreement we either send the goods later or cancel the order.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

The customer pays cash to the driver of the delivery company (PPL or  Czech Post) when receiving the order.

Bank account payment

The customer pays the Total order amount after receiving e-mail with an account number and other payment details (variable symbol = Order Number)

The order will be usually delivered the following day after despatching.

We do not charge packing.
We do not charge shipping fee when the order exceeds 2 500 CZK.

Cancelling contract

In accordance with Law No.367/2000 Coll. the  customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. If you decide to withdraw from the contract within this term and you keep below-mentioned conditions, purchase price will be returned.
You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used or personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you decide to return the order, send the items with the invoice (or its copy) in a regular parcel to the following address:

Please note your reason for return. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. All packages must be prepaid, we cannot accept COD.
Please allow 14 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Claims & Warranty

Possible claims shall be solved with the customer by individual agreement upon valid rule of law. The customer should check the order when receiving the goods. If any defects are found, please inform our company as soon as possible.
24 months warranty on all products. Warranty applies to production defects only. It does not apply to common use defects, incorrect use or storage of the product.

Claim Procedure

Please inform us about the claim via e-mail, phone or in writing.
Send the goods and the invoice (or its copy) as a regular parcel (not COD) to our address.
The claim must be dealt with within 30 days.

Final Statute

Your use of the site safarikids.cz constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms. We reserve the right to update and modify the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review it whenever you use the site.
These Terms are valid within the Czech Republic only.
